Dr. Kamil Al-Tarfi, a faculty member at the college, stated that the Bayraq Al-Ameed teaching clinics launched a training course for fourth-year students, with participation from students outside the university. The course focused on the fundamentals of administering anesthesia, performing surgical procedures, and suturing skills post-operation, covering both theoretical and practical aspects, thereby contributing to the development of students’ skills and enhancing their readiness to handle real clinical cases.
The clinics provided all necessary supplies and tools for the training, allowing students to engage in practical experiences that closely simulate real-life scenarios, and helping them acquire essential field expertise to prepare them for their future stages in their medical careers.
